Shipping Policy

SHIPPING is FREE and it will always be FREE internationally (Worldwide) no matter the order amount, International Insurance is included on all orders for any destination at no extra charge. Amazon is our main partner for storage and shipping.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive this notification.

Depending upon your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent out direct from our shipping facilities in China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Germany, United States, and Belgium. Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. The margin of error is not more than 2 business days.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment.

NO IMPORT TAX (duty) for E.U. and U.S.A. orders hence the product is already in the country at our facility in Belgium or in our storage (located in New Mexico U.S.) for North America market.  All International orders, sold and delivered by Reddex Crypto are inclusive of value added tax. We are not liable for any duties or taxes or fees that may be incurred by the customer. It is customers responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Reddex Crypto  shall not be liable for any cost or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.

Misplaced Orders

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of reseeding the parcel.

In most cases we have your product in stock therefore no 2+ weeks waiting time on DELIVERY from China.
Most of our customers are based in U.S. and EU UNION. Therefore we ship from U.S. (New Mexico) for North America and Netherlands for Europe.
The only exception are the pre-order products that are not released yet. Even in this situation we are doing the best to make sure that our customers get the products ASAP.
We do understand time pressure and we will always try to do our best.
